Mashed Taters

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 peeled potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes until soft.
  • 2 drain water and put potatoes back in pan to evaporate excess water.
  • 3 mash potatoes, mixing in salt, sour cream, chives, and horseradish.
  • 4 serve immediately.
