- 3 medium sweet potatoes or 3 medium yams
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- salt
Recipe
- 1 cut potatoes in round "wheels" about 1/2 inch thick and immediately immerse in water to not discolor.
- 2 drain and pat dry with paper towel. fry on low heat until golden brown and stick tender in the middle.
- 3 place on paper towels and salt immediately.
- 4 serve and enjoy!
