- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Recipe
- 1 disolve jello and sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. cool.
- 2 add pecans, cottage cheese and pineapple juice.
- 3 when almost set, add whipped cream and mayonaise.
