Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup cream, whipped
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup pineapple juice

Recipe

• 1 disolve jello and sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. cool.
• 2 add pecans, cottage cheese and pineapple juice.
• 3 when almost set, add whipped cream and mayonaise.
