Ingredients
- 100 g rice powder
- 120 g hot water
- vegetable oil
- green tea powder or cafe 99 instant coffee powder
- 80 g duo penotti chocolate hazelnut spread
- 5 -10 g cafe 99 no sugar instant coffee powder
- 200 g mashed sesame, bean
- 80 g duo penotti chocolate hazelnut spread
- 200 g mashed green beans
Recipe
- 1 add hot water to premix powder, stir the mixture until it is smooth.
- 2 add in adequate amount of solid vegetable oil, and then add bamboo charcoal powder / green tea powder / café 99 coffee powder for colour, stir until it is smooth 3. cover the snow-skin under normal temperature for 10 minutes.
- 3 divide the skin into 8 portions, 25g each.
- 4 divide the fillings into 8 portions, 25g each.
- 5 flatten the skin, put the fillings inside, and seal it into a ball shape.
