Dutch Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 turn oven on to 350 f.
  • 2 cake: cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients which have been sifted together first.
  • 3 press into a non-stick flat tin.
  • 4 topping: cream the butter and sugar and then add the sifted dry ingredients.
  • 5 spread over the cake mixture.
  • 6 bake until cooked which usually takes 20-30 minutes.
