Dutch Cake

Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 ounces sugar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Recipe
- 1 turn oven on to 350 f.
- 2 cake: cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients which have been sifted together first.
- 3 press into a non-stick flat tin.
- 4 topping: cream the butter and sugar and then add the sifted dry ingredients.
- 5 spread over the cake mixture.
- 6 bake until cooked which usually takes 20-30 minutes.
