Dutch Cutlet

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced beef steak
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 slice bacon
  • tomato slices and parsley (for garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 mix minced beef with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, minced onion, and egg.
  • 2 form into a flat cake.
  • 3 put in greased baking tin with 2 cups cold water, tomato sauce, chopped onion and bacon on top.
  • 4 cover with foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
  • 5 garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
  • 6 serve either hot or cold.
