Dutch Fruit Cup (diabetic)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (19 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon.
  • 2 mix well with fruit.
  • 3 serve cold.
