- 1 medium head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2/3 cup light cream
- 2/3 cup vinegar
Recipe
- 1 chop cabbage finely, add salt, sugar, onion, & pepper. let stand in covered container for 1 hour. drain. blend cream & vinegar. pour over cabbage & mix well. refrigerate in a covered container.
