Ingredients

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 lemon juice, and rind of grated
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill

- 2 serve over simple greens only salads.
