Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
- 3 tablespoons
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- chopped tarragon leaf (from 3 to 4 sprigs)
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the mustard with the vinegar in a bowl.
- 2 whisk in the olive oil, then stir in the dill, chives, and tarragon.
- 3 season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 add a little more vinegar or oil if you like.
