Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated english cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. cover and refrigerate for 1 day before serving.
- 2 variation: use mint in place of dill.
