Dill & Onion Chip Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) box firm silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor till smooth. (add 1-2 tbsp water, if it's too thick).
- 2 taste, add more seasoning if you like.
- 3 cover and refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes.
- 4 stir before serving.
