Dill & Onion Chip Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) box firm silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor till smooth. (add 1-2 tbsp water, if it's too thick).
  • 2 taste, add more seasoning if you like.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes.
  • 4 stir before serving.
