Dill And Orange Miso Spread

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup miso
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring well to blend.
- 2 simmer gently for 3 minutes, until the desired consistancy is reached.
- 3 add more water if needed (more for sauce, less for spread.).
- 4 i highly recommend not adding the miso until the end and you have finished simmering the sauce, as heating it destroys the beneficial enzymes that make it so healthful.
