Dill And Orange Miso Spread

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring well to blend.
  • 2 simmer gently for 3 minutes, until the desired consistancy is reached.
  • 3 add more water if needed (more for sauce, less for spread.).
  • 4 i highly recommend not adding the miso until the end and you have finished simmering the sauce, as heating it destroys the beneficial enzymes that make it so healthful.
