Dill Braised Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb brussels sprout
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 -2 teaspoon butter
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 trim out leaves if necessary, then slice off ends of brussels sprouts.
- 2 cut into 3 or 4 slices or if small, cut in half.
- 3 heat oil in a skillet, add sprouts and stir fry until coated with oil and bright green.
- 4 add slat, pepper, dill, water and lemon juice; cover and cook 2 minutes or until tender but still crunchy.
- 5 toss with butter and parmesan cheese.
