Do Ahead Egg And Sausage Bake

Total Time: 5 hrs Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 grease a 2 quart casserole.
  • 2 cook sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, drain off fat.
  • 3 mix sausage and the remaining ingredients. pour into casserole. cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
  • 4 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 5 bake uncovered about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
