Dosha Balancing Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 pulse almonds in blender until thoroughly ground. if necessary, use a spatula or a spoon to scrape the sides of the blender.
  • 2 add yogurt and blend.
  • 3 add bananas and blend.
  • 4 add honey and blend.
  • 5 pour over ice if desired and serve.
