Dorothy's Spiced Cranberries

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup red vinegar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon whole cloves
- 4 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, vinegar, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a large saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 add berries and cook slowly without stirring until all skins pop open.
- 4 pour into warm sterile jars and seal.
- 5 note: chill before serving. at serving time, spoon these delicious cranberries into a serving dish.
