Dixie Bake Sweet Potatoes

• 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup pecan pieces
• 1/2 cup honey
• 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 mash 2 cups sweet potatoes.
• 2 beat 2 eggs
• 3 thoroughly combine mashed sweet potaoes, beaten eggs, broken pecans, honey, and teaspoon salt.
• 4 pour into greased 8 inch round baking dish.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
• 6 trim with extra pecans.
