Ingredients
- 21 cups water
- 1 cup pickling salt
- 3 cups vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- cucumber
- dill
- garlic
- carrot
Recipe
- 1 boil water, vinegar,sugar, and salt.
- 2 fill each jar with cucumbers, allowing some carrot sticks, garlic and dill at the bottom and on top.
- 3 pour boiling syrup over cucumbers and seal.
- 4 put filled jars in a canner of very hot water, until they start to turn colour.
- 5 approximately 20-30 minute.
