Divine Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g unsweetened dark chocolate (8oz)
- 80 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 80 g white flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 ounces dark chocolate
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 180 c(375 f).
- 2 melt dark chocolate and butter over low heat.
- 3 in a large bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar . then add the chocolate mix.
- 4 add the flour and mix together.
- 5 grease and flour one 9 inch round pan.
- 6 pour the mix into the prepared pan, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 7 for the frosting, melt dark chocolate ,butter and maple syrup in a small pan.
- 8 pour over the cooled cake and put it in the fridge.
