Dishwasher Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 -6 serving size salmon steaks
- 4 -6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 lemons
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- aluminum foil
Recipe
- 1 ensure that your diswasher is empty, including any drying agent that you may have filled it with.
- 2 rinse and pat dry your salmon steaks. 1 per person is plenty.
- 3 place each steak separately on a piece of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap around the steak (but don't wrap it up quite yet).
- 4 cut the lemons in half and juice them. pour juice over each steak.
- 5 season each steak to taste with the salt & pepper and place a sprig of thyme on top.
- 6 wrap up the steak with the aluminum foil, being sure to cover it completely.
- 7 place steaks on the top rack of the dishwasher and start it, with the heated dry cycle on.
- 8 when dishwasher stops, the steaks are done to perfection. enjoy!
