- 500 g sweet potatoes, chopped
- 250 ml reduced fat cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Recipe
- 1 boil sweet potato for 15 mins or until soft, drain.
- 2 mash with all other ingredients.
