Easy Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons wheat gluten (to preserve freshness)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
- 2 mix quick oats, brown sugar, dry milk, and cinnamon together in a suitable mixing bowl.
- 3 in a microwave safe bowl add peanut-butter, maple syrup, butter, and honey.
- 4 heat on medium power level until soft.
- 5 add softened peanut-butter, maple syrup, butter, and honey to quick oats.
- 6 blend with large spoon, and then transfer to 8x8-inch pan.
- 7 bake at 300°f for 20 minutes.
