Easy Granola Bars

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons wheat gluten (to preserve freshness)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
  • 2 mix quick oats, brown sugar, dry milk, and cinnamon together in a suitable mixing bowl.
  • 3 in a microwave safe bowl add peanut-butter, maple syrup, butter, and honey.
  • 4 heat on medium power level until soft.
  • 5 add softened peanut-butter, maple syrup, butter, and honey to quick oats.
  • 6 blend with large spoon, and then transfer to 8x8-inch pan.
  • 7 bake at 300°f for 20 minutes.
