Dot's Corn Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- 2 in another bowl, beat egg and sour cream; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- 3 fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
- 4 bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 5 cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
