Diva Diabetic's Peach Parfait

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt, with no sugar added
  • 2 large fresh peaches, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 orange
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 grate the rind and squeeze the juice of orange into the yogurt, and stir in cinnamon. in 4 regular short glasses or glass, place alternate layers of peaches, yogurt and, almonds. serve cold.
