Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, unwaxed
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 cut cucumber into 1-inch chunks, leaving skin on.
- 2 trim tops of dill from stems and discard the stems.
- 3 place garlic into the bowl of a food processor, add the cucumbers and dill tops, and process until finely chopped.
- 4 add salt and yogurt, and process for 30 seconds.
- 5 chill until ready to serve.
