- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fruit, topping (optional)
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- 2 add all other ingredients.
- 3 beat until smooth.
- 4 pour into pie crust.
- 5 chill 2-4 hours.
- 6 top with favorite fruit topping.
