Easy Chicken Fajita Skillet

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups red bell peppers or 2 cups green bell peppers, sliced into strips
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken with chili powder and salt in a non-stick or pam sprayed fry pan until cooked through.
  • 2 add broth and bring to a boil.
  • 3 stir in macaroni and cover, reducing heat to medium-low.
  • 4 simmer 5 minutes and add peppers and onions and velveeta cubes.
