Easy Chicken Fajita Skillet

Ingredients

- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups red bell peppers or 2 cups green bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken with chili powder and salt in a non-stick or pam sprayed fry pan until cooked through.
- 2 add broth and bring to a boil.
- 3 stir in macaroni and cover, reducing heat to medium-low.
- 4 simmer 5 minutes and add peppers and onions and velveeta cubes.
- 5 cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
