Easy Chicken Chili Hash #5fix

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili (chicken or vegetarian chili is best for this dish)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese or 1 1/2 cups monterey jack pepper cheese or 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat vegetable oil on medium high heat, add the simply potatoes diced potatoes with onions, and cook according to directions until lightly browned.
