Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 10 flour tortillas
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) can enchilada sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine soup and sour cream; stir in chicken, chiles and olives.
- 2 spoon ã¢â€¦â€œ to ½ cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; top with 1-2 tbsp cheese.
- 3 roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9 dish.
- 4 pour enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 5 bake, uncovered @ 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through.
