Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) can enchilada sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine soup and sour cream; stir in chicken, chiles and olives.
  • 2 spoon ã¢â€¦â€œ to ½ cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; top with 1-2 tbsp cheese.
  • 3 roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9 dish.
  • 4 pour enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 5 bake, uncovered @ 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through.
