Easy Celebration Ice Cream Cake

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 10 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 pint ice cream, softened (any flavor)
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar chocolate fudge sauce
  • 3 (2 1/8 ounce) packages chocolate-coated caramel nougat bars
  • 8 ounces cool whip topping, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 line 9 inch round cake pan with plastic wrap.
  • 2 arrange cookies in bottom of pan.
  • 3 spread ice cream over cookies.
  • 4 reserve 1/2 cup fudge sauce. drizzle/pour remaining fudge over ice cream.
  • 5 mix candy into whipped topping. spread over fudge sauce.
  • 6 drizzle remaining fudge sauce topping.
  • 7 freeze 4 hours or overnight.
  • 8 lift cake out of pan; peel off plastic wrap.
  • 9 let stand 10 minutes.
  • 10 top with additional candy, if desired.
