Disneyland Blue Bayou's Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 5 ounces egg whites
  • 2 ounces sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups heavy cream

Recipe
