Egg Flowers

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 pieces deli ham, round works best
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 in regular sized muffin pan, place one piece of ham in each, lining the cups.
• 3 break an egg into each "cup".
• 4 sprinkle with salt & pepper.
• 5 bake for ~15 minutes or until done.
• 6 sprinkle with cheddar cheese and enjoy!
• 7 note: we've also whipped the eggs with cheese and salsa -- yummy!
