Easy Chicken And Vegetables.

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 3 red onions, cut into strips
  • 10 broccoli florets
  • 3/4 pint chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a sucepan and brown the chicken.
  • 2 add all of the vegetables, herbs and stock.
  • 3 bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 4 mix the cornflour with a little water to form a smooth paste and add to the pan.
  • 5 stir until the gravy has thickened.
  • 6 add pepper to taste.
