Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 3 red onions, cut into strips
- 10 broccoli florets
- 3/4 pint chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a sucepan and brown the chicken.
- 2 add all of the vegetables, herbs and stock.
- 3 bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 mix the cornflour with a little water to form a smooth paste and add to the pan.
- 5 stir until the gravy has thickened.
- 6 add pepper to taste.
