Easy Chicago Style Italian Beef

Total Time: 6 hrs 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 4 lbs beef roast
  • 1 ounce good seasons italian dressing
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced greek peppers (pepperocini)

Recipe

  • 1 place roast in crockpot.
  • 2 add 4 boullion cubes.
  • 3 empty packet of italian dressing mix over roast.
  • 4 pour entire jar of pepperocini peppers (do not drain) over roast.
  • 5 cook on high for 5-6 hours.
  • 6 using two forks, pull meat apart until it gets that "shredded" look.
  • 7 pile on hoagie rolls, add cheese and/or sauteed onions and peppers if desired.
