Easy Chicago Style Italian Beef

Ingredients

- 4 lbs beef roast
- 1 ounce good seasons italian dressing
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced greek peppers (pepperocini)
Recipe
- 1 place roast in crockpot.
- 2 add 4 boullion cubes.
- 3 empty packet of italian dressing mix over roast.
- 4 pour entire jar of pepperocini peppers (do not drain) over roast.
- 5 cook on high for 5-6 hours.
- 6 using two forks, pull meat apart until it gets that "shredded" look.
- 7 pile on hoagie rolls, add cheese and/or sauteed onions and peppers if desired.
