- 1/2 lb feta cheese, crumbled (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- fresh thyme sprig, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the feta.
- 2 drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper; top with thyme.
