Easy Cheezy Potato Skins

Ingredients
- 4 idaho potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
- 1/2 small onion, sauteed
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- butter
- roasted garlic (optional)
Recipe
- 1 microwave potatoes for 5-6 minutes. then at 1 minute intervals until soft.
- 2 cut in half and scoop out potato (i save the potato for pierogis or latkes later on).
- 3 put a thin slice of butter on each skin. sprinkle with onion and bacon bits(and maybe roasted garlic or something). then top with cheese.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. enjoy!
