Easy Cheezy Potato Skins

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 idaho potatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
  • 1/2 small onion, sauteed
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • butter
  • roasted garlic (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 microwave potatoes for 5-6 minutes. then at 1 minute intervals until soft.
  • 2 cut in half and scoop out potato (i save the potato for pierogis or latkes later on).
  • 3 put a thin slice of butter on each skin. sprinkle with onion and bacon bits(and maybe roasted garlic or something). then top with cheese.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. enjoy!
