- 2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled, cubed (about 5 medium)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cheez whiz, process cheese produce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 add potatoes to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 15 minutes or until tender. drain; return to saucepan.
- 2 mash potatoes until light and fluffy, gradually adding milk. stir in cheez whiz until well blended.
- 3 sprinkle with onions.
