Easy Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 graham cracker crumb crust
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 3 eggs

Recipe

• 1 pre-heat oven 350 f.
• 2 use hand mixer.
• 3 large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
• 4 add sugar, sour cream, vanilla and lemon zest mix for 3 mins.
• 5 add eggs and mix for 1 minute.
• 6 pour filling in graham cracker crumb crust.
• 7 bake for 40 mins or until middle is firm.
• 8 cool for an 1 hour and chill for 3 hours.
