Easy Cheese Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot combine the first 9 ingredients.
  • 2 cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 3 gradually add flour to milk.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 add to vegetables.
  • 6 cook until thickened.
  • 7 add cheese, and stir until melted.
  • 8 serve on a wintery day!
