Easy Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot combine the first 9 ingredients.
- 2 cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 gradually add flour to milk.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 add to vegetables.
- 6 cook until thickened.
- 7 add cheese, and stir until melted.
- 8 serve on a wintery day!
