Easy Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar, used in two 1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 1 (226 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (540 ml) can pie filling, any fruit filling
Recipe
- 1 take out package of cream cheese to allow it to soften.
- 2 make crust: mix graham crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar and margerine.
- 3 pour crust mixture to 8 x 11 baking ban and press flat (ensure crust gets into all the corners).
- 4 whip cream.
- 5 combine whipped cream, package of softened cream cheese and second 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl.
- 6 layer this mixture over the crust.
- 7 add your choice of pie filling to the top.
- 8 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
