Easy Cheese Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar, used in two 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 1 (226 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (540 ml) can pie filling, any fruit filling

Recipe

  • 1 take out package of cream cheese to allow it to soften.
  • 2 make crust: mix graham crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar and margerine.
  • 3 pour crust mixture to 8 x 11 baking ban and press flat (ensure crust gets into all the corners).
  • 4 whip cream.
  • 5 combine whipped cream, package of softened cream cheese and second 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl.
  • 6 layer this mixture over the crust.
  • 7 add your choice of pie filling to the top.
  • 8 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
