Easy Cheddar Egg Bake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients.
  • 3 pour into ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
  • 4 bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
