- 6 -8 medium carrots
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 peel and split the carrots.
- 2 place balance of ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- 3 add carrots and cook until still firm but not crisp.
- 4 drain and serve.
