Dilled Carrots

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 medium carrots
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill

Recipe

  • 1 peel and split the carrots.
  • 2 place balance of ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  • 3 add carrots and cook until still firm but not crisp.
  • 4 drain and serve.
