Easy Cheesy Turkey Macaroni

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 8 ounces processed velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni (approx. 2 cups dry)
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (or other favorite)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. add the corn and soup. stir velveeta into turkey mixture until melted. gently stir in macaroni until coated.
  • 2 transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish. top with shredded cheese. bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
