Easy Cheesy Turkey Macaroni

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 8 ounces processed velveeta cheese, cubed
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni (approx. 2 cups dry)
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (or other favorite)
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. add the corn and soup. stir velveeta into turkey mixture until melted. gently stir in macaroni until coated.
- 2 transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish. top with shredded cheese. bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
