Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices american cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs with fork, until yolks are blended but not all one colour (makes them better!).
- 2 stir in salt & pepper.
- 3 put eggs in unheated nonstick pan.
- 4 rip cheese into strips & place with eggs in pan.
- 5 scramble until done but not too firm.
- 6 serve with toast or even ketchup if desired.
