Sangria Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

- 1 sugar free lemon gelatin (0.3 ounce pkg)
- 1 sugar-free raspberry gelatin (0.3 ounce pkg)
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup wine
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 cup green grape, halved
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, dissolve gelatins in boiling water. let stand for 10 minutes. stir in cold water and the wine.
- 2 refrigerate for 45 minutes or until partially set.
- 3 fold in the oranges, raspberries and grapes. transfer to 6 large wine glasses, one cup each.
- 4 refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
