Sangria Gelatin Dessert

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 sugar free lemon gelatin (0.3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 sugar-free raspberry gelatin (0.3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup fresh raspberry
  • 1 cup green grape, halved

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, dissolve gelatins in boiling water. let stand for 10 minutes. stir in cold water and the wine.
  • 2 refrigerate for 45 minutes or until partially set.
  • 3 fold in the oranges, raspberries and grapes. transfer to 6 large wine glasses, one cup each.
  • 4 refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
