- 2 butternut squash
- honey
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 stick, cut into 16 equal pieces
Recipe
- 1 halve the butternut squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- 2 sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 3 dot each half with 4 pieces of butter.
- 4 drizzle with honey.
- 5 bake in oven at 350 degrees until tender, about 20 minutes.
