Salsa Roja Con Queso

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 600 g tomatoes, peeled and de-seeded
  • 200 g onions
  • 4 serrano peppers or 2 chipotle chiles
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150 g queso fresco
  • 500 g fried lamb skins

Recipe

  • 1 in food processor, blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, water and salt.
  • 2 fry the sauce in oil until it changes color slightly.
  • 3 slice cheese into small cubes and add to the sauce, cook for 3 more minutes and remove from heat.
  • 4 enjoy with your tacos!
