Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/4 cup brandy
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in a saucepan.
- 2 add the ketchup, worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce.
- 3 simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4 add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes. remove from heat and cool.
