Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and quartered
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, slowly saute potatoes in butter or margarine, until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- 2 sprinkle with paprika.
